I would like some feedback on this layout before I pay to have it printed on 18x24. Thanks!

The top and bottom are a bit at odds with each other. It looks much more cohesive than yesterday though,

Should I just cut the car pictures? Or maybe include their backgrounds?

Thanks for your feedback, it really helps, it’s hard to get to my classmates on the weekend because they’re just as occupied with this as I am.

If you shrank them slightly to create a stronger implied header:

Giving feedback is a nice break from my portfolio, which I’m going to post for review tomorrow.

If I want to think tough Volvo I think of trucks.

If you keep the autos try with words in the middle and semi on opposite side. That would at least give the impression you can use the tough pliers on big trucks.

I don't know about design, I'm just a construction worker.

Ah, I see, thanks for the illustration. I’ll look out for your portfolio, they’re always cool to see. I went to a portfolio review last October at NC State which was really cool. I was just a confused freshman then so it was cool to see where I could be going.

The assignment was based on the car brand but I appreciate your feedback none the less. The pliers are more of part of a fancy tool kit for owners. Other students were assigned brands like Lamborghini, Range Rover, and Jeep.

MS paint mark-up skills. I’ve gotta finish up in the morning, but hopefully it’ll go quickly. I’m a minimalist, so don’t expect much.

That makes more sense. Good luck with what you come up with.

Stick with school or go shovel rocks.

If I didn’t have all these constraints I’d just have some photos and a nice big render but I have to show every single piece of process work. It’s so much to fit in so little space.

With the design of the pliers, I feel the Volvos should be a bit older. Maybe the 740 or even 240 instead of the brand new ones? I'm assuming these are probably supposed to be for the modern cars, though.
